Root Beer Cappucino
Ever had root beer float ice cream? It's made by Stone Ridge Creamery. The Root Beer Float flavor is a combination of ice cream and root beer sherbet. It did not taste anywhere remotely like a root beer float, but it was a pleasant taste by all testers, faintly "rooty". I foud the perfect way to serve the Root Beer flavor in a highly palatable manner: Add 1 scoop root beer float ice cream to a cup of coffee. It tastes like a chocolate cappucino!
