Buena Vista Mexican restaurant is located on Route 30 in Frazer, PA, next to the Strawberry Bakery. The restaurant oozes "family-run", which is a pleasant feel to the customer. Buena Vista offers take out (pick-up only) and dine-in. The food is priced competitively at $8-15 per person. Portion sizes are ample. The food is simple, no-fuss Mexican food. The menu covers the basic Mexican favorites. Customers have a choice of meat (beef, chicken, pork) and sauce (red, green, mole, mild or spicy).
The food at Buena Vista resturant tastes as good as, or better than, some chain restaurants, because the food is freshly made and not soaked in preservatives and salt. Adding to the allure is a dining room that is not crowded or noisy when stopping in for a quick meal - plus the convenience of eating in your own dining room if taking out. The flavor, menu, setting, and decor are a casual dining setting in a building that looks like it could have been a pizzeria in years past although it has been modestly redone to a tasteful, if modest, Mexican decor these days.
Summary: For quick, home-cooked Mexican food, Buena Vista Restaurant (Frazer, PA) is a good fit to the brand. Congratulations to the owners for doing a good job!
